Join us for the Second Annual Cookie Crawl throughout the Ellicott City historic district. Shopping, libations, dining and merriment. Holiday Garden Lighting at 5:30pm, with a special visit from Santa. Then pick up your free Bakery Bag, and stroll down Main Street collecting Cookies
