“Bizarre Universe DIPA” Can Release

Imperial IPA (8.6% ABV)
As a nod to one of our favorite books/movies, “A Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy”, we created “Bizarre Universe”, a 60 IBU single hop Imperial IPA that displays the more tropical side of the Galaxy hop. This will pour a hazy golden color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of mango, guava and lemon peel come through on the nose. Belgian Pale Malt, flaked oats and flaked barley create an especially soft body with a fruit juice quality to the flavor profile that is complimented by an underlying hop bite.
