On Halloween OEC Businesses roll out the Orange Carpet to the friends and families of the community we love by giving out lots and lots of candy!
Trick or Treating hours: 4pm – 6pm
At Manor Hill Tavern, DJ Levi will be set up in the bar from 7pm – 10pm. We will be hosting a Halloween Costume Contest with judgement happening at 9pm! Prizes for the 1st and 2nd place winners!
